The Transall Saga

The last book that I read independently was The Transall Saga by Gary Paulsen, and it was fantastic. It was about a boy who goes hiking in the desert in Arizona and he gets hit by a beam that transports him to the future. The book didn't specifically say, but I'm pretty sure it takes place after some kind of nuclear disaster because all of the advanced technology that we have today is gone and the people are basically living like cave men. Anyway, he gets transported to the future and he has to learn to survive on his own, and eventually he challenges the complete world order. Like I said, this was a great book and I would recommend it to anyone who likes books about adventure.

    I actually think that this would be a good book to read for me. So i am going to look into reading this book in the near future.
